SHIPPING POLICY

For domestic orders, we partner with registered courier companies and speed post services to ensure reliable shipping. Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days, depending on the product's requirements and your location, or as per the delivery timeline agreed upon during order confirmation.
Please note that delivery delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities are beyond our control. However, we are committed to dispatching your order to the courier or postal service within 3-5 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation, or as per the agreed-upon delivery date during order placement.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A shipment/restocking fee upto 20% of the sale price will be charged upon return.

Returns Due to Product Concerns

If you encounter any issues with the product, such as installation concerns, please contact us via email with a detailed description of the problem. To initiate a return, ensure the following:

1. The product must remain unused and undamaged.
2. A clear and uninterrupted video recording of the issue must be provided to support your claim.

Once the issue is verified, you may return the product package for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee upto Rs.200 will be charged per order, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Wrong Product Orders

In the case of ordering the wrong product, the unused package must be returned to us.30% of sell price will apply to cover the initial shipping cost. If you require a replacement,reshipping fee upto Rs.300 will apply for larger wall art.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, it will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return.

Image Verification

To process claims or refunds, we require clear and detailed images of the product in question. Please ensure the images capture the issue effectively and include all relevant details. Attach these images along with your claim for prompt evaluation.
